You’re now in your fifth week of teaching – how quickly does time fly by? With the weeks speeding ahead and deadlines looming, you may want to spend some time reflecting on the progress you’ve made so far.
While it’s all too tempting to keep your learning on campus or work whenever you have a deadline, it’s actually the perfect time to discover more great learning resources away from campus.
Thankfully, My Learning Essentials is a great initiative to help support you academically at every point of your student journey. During term time, you’ll find a whole range of seminars on campus – but there are lots of resources just waiting to be discovered on the University’s Library website.
With some of the MLE online tutorials as little as 15 minutes, surely that’s better use of time than catching up on YouTube? And if this sounds like you, perhaps the overcoming procrastination guide may be a good place to start.
You’ll find lots of helpful and interactive guides on essay writing, proofreading your work, referencing, avoiding plagiarism and even help with finding a job at the tap of a finger wherever you may be – whether that’s at home or on the bus!
