My Future Fest is returning to campus this semester. On Tuesday 6 February between 10.30am – 4.00pm head to University Place to explore a whole range of activities for you to get involved with this year. If you’re looking for work experience or volunteering opportunities – both in the UK or abroad this event is not to be missed. At Future Fest you’ll discover plenty of chances to get involved and gain skills and experience alongside your degree.
Some of the organisations attending include BUNAC, National Citizen Service, Camp America and CRCC Asia. Careers staff will also be there providing information about our own Global Graduates Programme, Student Experience Internships, Manchester Gold Mentoring and Work Experience Bursaries.
If you’re in your final year and thinking about options after University, Prospects and Graduate Talent Pool will be attending to talk about graduate roles, and Find A University will be covering further study. The Manchester Graduate Talent Team will also be there to talk about paid graduate roles in Manchester, advertised exclusively to Manchester 2018 graduates.
The Careers Service team will also be on hand to help advice on applications, CVs and Interviews, how to create a great LinkedIn Profile, and general guidance on all things Careers related. And if that doesn’t convince you there will be plenty of freebies, competitions and food giveaways.
This year’s event is packed with opportunities to inspire you to make the most of your time at Manchester and create your future. For more information and updates on exhibitors and competitions join our Facebook event http://bit.ly/2EVmY4l
