Want to run for free and for a great cause in this year’s Purple Wave Manchester 10K Run? All you need to do is raise £50 to support Undergraduate Access Scholarships at the University.
In Greater Manchester, over a quarter of children are living in poverty making it hard for many to even consider higher education. The Undergraduate Access Scholarships are designed to give access to these young bright people to a world-class education, regardless of their social and financial background.
To take up this offer:
- Register and pay for your place through the eStore (the first 2,018 student places are discounted to £20, further places to £35)
- Set up your Just Giving page, linked to the Undergraduate Access Scholarships campaign at The University of Manchester
- When you’ve raised £50 in donations, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the URL of your Just Giving page, full name and student ID. Your entry will be refunded to the same card they paid with, within 28 days.
