Look after yourself with summer with the Counselling Service drop-in sessions

The Counselling service is offering a series of workshops over summer for students. Whether your academic work is causing you stress, or you’d just like to take some time out and learn to relax, these sessions can offer some practical tips to help you take care of your wellbeing.

All workshops are on a drop in basis and will be held in the Simon Building, 1st Floor Wellbeing Rooms.
