A new student-led initiative has been set up to help fellow PGR students fund activities that are to do with anything but their research.
The Anything but Research fund has been designed to improve PGR experience and well-being by encouraging students to pitch ideas that will bring PGRs from across the University together. Activities could be anything from social events to a series of seminars or even sporting events.
Activities just have to be open to all PGRs from across the University, and as the name suggests nothing to do with your research!
Do you have an idea that could help you and your fellow students share experiences, develop skills or just to take some time out and have fun? If so, take a look at the AbR guidelines, and then fill out an application form.
This funding round is open until 15 December, so there’s still plenty of time to get thinking about what you could do.
