Come for a coffee and biscuit for University Mental Health Day

Reading Time: < 1 minute

We understand that the stress of your studies can sometimes get a bit overwhelming. When it does, it can be good to take a break from your work and think about what you need to achieve – our very own Dr Tracy Epton has emphasised that taking a step back from your studies can help you refocus on your goals and improve your wellbeing.

This year’s University Mental Health day is all about the power of using your voice, so we want to encourage people to come together and broaden the discussion around mental health.

This will be a great chance to take some time out from your studies and really focus on what you need to work towards.

It will also be a great chance to meet other people and share your stories in a warm and inviting environment.

Stop by The Atrium, 1st Floor, in University Place between 11am-1pm.

Tea and coffee will also be provided.

If you think you need more help, there’s much more information on the Student Support website.
