On Wednesday 10 April, IT Services will be launching a new online IT help and support channel. This new and improved portal will replace the current online support service. However, not only will students be able to do everything they did before, but they can do it with more ease and efficiency.
The Support Portal will make life easier for students and researchers. As well as being easier to use, the improved process behind the scenes will mean IT staff will be able to deal with requests quicker.
The new support portal will allow you to request access to systems, IT equipment and changes to your IT setup. Students will also be able to raise, manage and track requests all in one place, and search for solutions in the new and improved knowledge base.
