Quidditch anyone? Find the summer activity for you!

Keeping active over summer is a great way to make sure you, take regular breaks, look after yourself and stay social – no matter how full on your workload is and UoM Sport have something for everyone.

The summer Sporticipate programme is running from 1 July – 28 July. There’s something on everyday, from Quidditch, to mixed 5 a side football and swimming session. And as with all Sporticipate programmes it’s all free to students (and staff). 

We’d prefer you to register Sporticipate on the UoM Sport website, but if you do decide to attend last minute, just drop in!

And, just in case there isn’t something for you on the timetable 8th July is the launch of the Be Active summer timetable. Weekly Be Active classes are booked in blocks, and the summer programme runs until the end of August. There is a small cost for these courses, but they are a great way of making sure you exercise regularly, they’re on campus and at various times of the day. Take a look at the timetable or find out more about the individual classes and how to book.
