Lunch time Tai Chi

Join the Confucius Institute for a drop-in Tai Chi session on Friday 19th July.

The session is open to will take place in the courtyard outside the Lime Cafe, Samuel Alexander Building at 1pm and will last 30-40 minutes.

Tai Chi revolves around a series of movements called forms, and the session will teach the basic movements and deep breathing.

It is widely acknowledged that Tai chi can help to reduce stress, improve posture, balance, muscle strength and general mobility.

No special clothing is required but it is recommended you wear comfortable clothes.
