January can be a daunting time with the holidays coming to an end, the dark nights still around and exams on the horizon. While it might be tempting to tackle revision by hiberating at home or holding yourself captive in the library, it’s actually best to give yourself a bit of down-time too.
For two weeks over the exam period (13 January – 26 January) the University is hosting FREE sport classes for students. So whether you’d like to start the day with Sunrise Yoga or grab a quick croissant for breakfast, there are plenty of classes for everyone. There’s no need to register, just turn up and get ready to shake off the winter blues. Have a look at the timetable of sessions here.
Don’t forget the Library are also running Exam Extra from 6 January – 24 Janaury with daily exam support drop-in sessions, and workshops for managing exam stress.
