The Alumni Association has extended its deadline for applications to the Global Impact Awards, where you could get £500 to to take part in life-changing volunteering projects during summer 2020.
The award of £500 – funded by donors to the University – is there to help University of Manchester students bring practical and social benefits to the wider community by volunteering in the UK or overseas.
Previous projects have taken student volunteers to Fiji, the Philippines, Madagascar and more, working on a diverse range of work within the communities from mental health projects to working with children.
All undergraduate and postgraduate students, except for those in their final year of study or previous award recipients, may apply. For further information and application documents, please visit the alumni website.
