#StayInWorkOut with the mywellness app

Reading Time: < 1 minute

UoM Sport are still here to support you and your fitness goals during this current challenging situation. You might be feeling inspired to get involved in some at-home workouts, and to help you with this, the #StayInWorkOut campaign provides a range of online workouts, resources and support.

In addition to the current resources, UoM Sport are now able to offer free access to the mywellness app for all students. As the university has stopped all face to face activity and ceased non-essential services, we are providing all of our members with the ability to train at home or outdoors with daily easy, medium, and pro workouts in a mobile app called mywellness. In the app, you can also track your outdoor activity, be that walking, jogging, running or cycling.

If you currently have a mywellness account, please check out the main page of the app where you will find the new workouts visible. If you don’t currently have a mywellness account, you can visit www.mywellness.com/UoMsport and create a new account. Once you’ve created your account and downloaded the app, you can get started.

On the very first page, you’ll see the workouts available. Using resources like this is a great way to get active, track your activity, form routines, and continue to work towards your goals. This is especially important during these times when normal routines are being challenged and changed due to the current situation.
