Communicating our plans for Semester 2

Reading Time: < 1 minute

We are aware that many of you are eager to understand how teaching and learning will be delivered in Semester 2. We are currently in the process of reviewing this and, as the wider pandemic situation is ever-changing, we need to be prepared to deliver in a variety of ways to enable us to adapt and respond, as we have had to do recently.

During the week commencing 9 November, we will be sharing more information on our aims for delivery of teaching and learning in Semester 2, though you will understand these are subject to change.

On-campus teaching and experiences are important for us all. However, due to the current situation some of you chose to study remotely for Semester 1 (where this was feasible for your programme) and are keen to understand what study options will be available next semester. We are currently reviewing the skills and competencies that need to be attained for successful completion of each year of our programmes (the Intended Learning Outcomes, or ILOs), to work out which of these can be delivered wholly remotely in Semester 2. We will communicate more details on this during the week commencing 16 November.

Thank you for your continued patience.
