UoM Sport 30 day challenge: It’s not too late to join in!

Have you heard of UoM’s 30 day challenge? Although it started last week it’s not too late to join in!

From Monday, 9 November, the UoM Sport team are providing a minimum of two virtual exercise or wellbeing activities a day for 30 days to help us all stay active and connected.

The challenge is to take part in at least 15 of the sessions throughout the 30 days.

To take part, download the time table to see what activities you want to take part in – from HIIT- style workouts to Pilates and Yoga and strength workouts, there’s plenty to choose from. Each of the sessions can be booked by clicking on the name of the sessions on the timetable.

Once you have completed 15 sessions, simply email to claim your prize! Please make subject of email ’30 Day Challenge’.
