4 things you need to know before heading back to campus

Reading Time: < 1 minute

As more students start to be invited back to campus from this week, our top priority is keeping everyone as safe as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

  1. All staff and students should get tested, twice a week, for free
To do our bit in keeping our community safe and our campus open, it’s important that everyone using our on-campus facilities gets tested twice weekly at one of our free COVID-19 testing centres.

  2. We’re working hard to keep everyone safe
We’re doing all we can to make sure our campus is COVID-secure. Please familiarise yourself with these guidelines to use campus facilities safely.

  3. Staying up to date with government guidelines is important
The government have published the roadmap out of the current lockdown restrictions, with some rule changes from 8 March. As restrictions continue to be relaxed over the coming months, it’s important to stay informed of what you can and cannot do.

  4. Returning to campus might feel strange, and that’s totally normal
These past few months have been really tough, not least for our mental health. While the government’s roadmap out of restrictions is exciting for many, you may also feel anxious or nervous. We’re always here to help, and you can access all student support services remotely.
