IT Services plan to perform maintenance on one of the IT login services
Subject to approval, our Microsoft Single Sign-on service will be undergoing work for a few minutes from 2pm on Wednesday 5 May. This means that new logins to the following services will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes:
- My Manchester for Students
- Microsoft Office 365
- IT Support Portal
- And some other local/specialised services
Services such as Blackboard, eduroam and GlobalProtect are not affected by this work.
People who are already logged in before the work starts should not experience any issues, and once the work has completed, new logins will be available again.
