The Student Services Centre is here to help with any of your administration needs, from student cards, fees and funding to exams, you will probably need their services at some point.
The team want you to be able to contact them in the most convenient way for you, so there’s a range of ways you can get in touch:
Telephone
The telephone helpline is open 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Live Chat
Live chat support is available from Monday to Friday, 10am-12.00pm and 2pm-4pm and can be accessed via the Student Services Centre website.
Drop in zoom sessions
Drop in Zoom sessions are available every Friday (from w/c 14th February) from 10am-4pm and can be accessed here: https://zoom.us/j/98788234085.
Appointments
Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm for BRP and Student cards. The link to book a student card appointment can be found on the SSC webpages.
Face to face enquiries
From w/c 14th February the SSC will reopen for face to face enquiries on Tuesdays from 1pm – 4pm and Thursdays from 10am – 1pm.
