IT Services are investigating issues with one of the login services.
This is causing intermittent or slow logins to services such as the IT Support Portal and Qualtrics, as well as some web services.
This may also affect anyone who is logging into Microsoft 365 services (for example; Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and more) for the first time, on a new device or in a new web browser session.
