As part of our commitment to working in partnership with our students on communications, campaigns and University developments, last year we brought together a Students’ Perspectives Group to input and collaborate on specific messages and campaigns and ‘road test’ ideas.
We are running the Students’ Perspectives Group again this year, and are looking for students to join the group from across all faculties, years and levels of study (including PGR) – bringing a diverse selection of backgrounds, experiences and personal views.
The group will be in place for the academic year and will be contacted at various points to ask members to join us for focus groups or feedback to help shape campaigns, communications, or projects. There is no commitment for group members to participate in all engagement activities – just those that they wish. Members that take part in any focus group or workshop sessions will receive a £15 Amazon voucher per session.
If you would like to be part of the 2022/23 Students’ Perspectives Group, simply email the Student Communications Team (studentnews@manchester.ac.uk) stating your name, level and year of study (eg: UG year 2, PGR, etc), faculty and school, and whether you are a home or overseas student. We will then add you to the group and you will hear more from us throughout the year.
Current students may join the Student Perspectives Group at any point in the 2022/23 academic year.
