Working over summer? It’s important that you remember to take care of yourself no matter how much you have on. To help, the Counselling service is offering a series of workshops over summer for students. Whether your academic work is causing you stress, or you’d just like to take some time out and learn to relax, these sessions can offer some practical tips to help you take care of your wellbeing.
All workshops are in person in Room 1.63, Large Group Room, Wellbeing Rooms,
Simon Building, Brunswick Street, so you’ll need to register in advance. Take a look at the programme and register online via the counselling and mental health service website.
