Drugs warning: “happy water”, “k-powdered milk” or “tuci”/”pink”

Manchester Drug Analysis and Knowledge Exchange (MANDRAKE), an organisation based at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) who chemically analyse drugs across the city, have issued an alert over new ketamine products on the drug market such as “happy water”, “k-powdered milk” or “tuci”/”pink cocaine.

MANDRAKE have seen multiple samples in the Greater Manchester region which have been confirmed to be homogenous mixture of cocaine (70-83%), ketamine (7-16%) & MDMA (10-14%).
