As a ResLife Advisor (RLA) you will act as a first point of contact for students in University Halls of Residences. Not only will you provide support to students experiencing difficulties, you will also proactively help build the community in your hall by organising group social events and 1-1 meetings.
Becoming a RLA also comes with many benefits – you will gain practical experience in events planning, effective communication, conflict resolution and student support. Most notably, you are provided with single occupancy accommodation at no charge.
