The remarkable Team Rwanda project is coming to a close this week, having achieved success in fostering positive change in Rwanda through a number of community projects.
Team Rwanda is a collaborative venture that brings together students from the University of Manchester with dedicated individuals at Azizi Life, accompanied by a team of Rwandan volunteers. Together, they’ve worked to create meaningful transformations within Rwanda, including supporting local artisans to build more sustainable practices and reach wider markets, and supporting adult literacy in the local community.
The project has consistently delivered positive results since 2020 and has also forged a stronger bond between our University and Azizi Life. Team Rwanda serves as a testament to the incredible impact of teamwork. It stands as a perfect example of how international collaboration can genuinely make a difference.
