Join the House Hunting Sessions to get valuable insights into searching for property. These sessions, hosted by Manchester Student Homes’ Housing Caseworker, are designed to help you are you begin your private sector accommodation search and answer questions you have.
Session Details:
Wednesday, 8 November, 5-6pm. Theatre A, University Place, University of Manchester
Thursday, 9 November, 2-3pm. Uttley Bar, Fallowfield Campus
Thursday, 16 November, 4 – 5 pm. Theatre A, University Place, University of Manchester
During these sessions, our Housing Caseworker and the Campus Student Affairs Officer will cover various topics, including:
- Where to start your accommodation search
- Types of available accommodations
- Understanding tenancy agreements
- Deposits and financial considerations
- The role of the Good Neighbours Team and community safety
These sessions are open to all students, just come along and read here if you’d like some more house hunting tips!
