If you are looking for somewhere to live next year, make the most of the help Manchester Student Homes (MSH) can provide by attending one of the upcoming fairs, where you can meeting University accredited accommodation providers.
MSH Accommodation Fairs will take place as follows, and you are welcome to attend either:
- Wednesday 8th November 2023 – The Drum, University Place, UoM – 10am to 4pm
- Thursday 9th November 2023 – Brooks Building, Birley, Manchester Met – 10am to 4pm
More information and can be found on the MSH Accommodation Fair website.
You will be able to meet approved landlords, letting agents and private hall managers and find information on hundreds of properties available for the 2024/2025 academic year.
MSH will also be available to provide free, independent housing advice. There will be a wide selection of accommodation available including house shares, private halls, flats and studio apartments so there should be something for all tastes and budgets.
All accommodation providers attending the fairs are accredited, which means they have been approved by MSH and have signed up to their Code of Standards.
House hunting talks
Alongside the fairs, Manchester Student Homes are also hosting a series of House Hunting talks throughout November (the fist of which is straight after the Accommodation Fair in University Place). These sessions will be hosted by a Housing Caseworker and the Campus Student Affairs Officer and give you the chance to get to grips with some of the finer details of finding and living in private accommodation.
