Sadly, the Postgraduate Research Showcase, originally scheduled to take place on 12 June, has been postponed due to events beyond our control.

As you may be aware, an ongoing protest on campus has led to the occupation of the Whitworth Hall. Since Whitworth Hall and the adjoining Christie Bistro were the intended venues for the showcase, we have been unable to continue organising the event as planned, and finding an alternative venue at this late stage proved impossible. While we considered moving the event online, we felt this would not provide the full, celebratory experience our participants deserve. Consequently, we have been left with no choice but to postpone the showcase to a later date in 2024.

We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this postponement may cause. We look forward to announcing the new date soon.
