The Fallowfield redevelopment is a key part of the University’s long-term strategy to improve student living spaces while considering sustainability and community needs, and this session was the first as part of a wider public consultation process ahead of the formal Fallowfield planning application in early 2025.

During the session, members of the redevelopment project team covered the following topics:

• Site and layout of new buildings

• Size, shape, and finishes of the proposed buildings

• How these plans align with the University’s vision for modern, sustainable student living
