Calling all PGRs: Contribute to The University of Manchester Open Research Conference 2025 

Are you a postgraduate researcher interested in Open Research?  

The University of Manchester’s Open Research Conference 2025 is your opportunity to engage, share, and connect. 

Taking place on Monday, 9 and Tuesday, 10 June 2025 at Alliance Manchester Business School, this two-day event will showcase the latest innovations and practices in Open Research.

The conference will bring together researchers, PGRs, and research support professionals to explore bold ideas and practical solutions for reshaping how we conduct and share research. 

Submit your work 

We’re inviting PGRs to present their contributions to Open Research. Whether it’s a research project, methodological innovation, or case study, this is your chance to showcase your work and engage with a new audience. 

Key details 

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 March 2025 
  • Notification of Acceptance: Mid-end of April 2025 
  • Presentation Formats: 
    • Talks: 15-minute presentations on your work. 
    • Posters: Display your poster and discuss your research during a dedicated session.
