Manchester Research Software Community (MRSC)

The slides from the last Manchester Research Software Community meeting are now available.  Their meeting on the 21st of May featured a presentation on “ScaleBarIT – adding scale bars to microscopy images” from Daniel Scotson (Dept. of Materials).  Head to the file section in their Teams channel to access the slides.

R User Group

The R User Group (R.U.M.) has released the recording of their last meeting which featured a presentation from Toni Price from Research IT.  She spoke about “Thinking Beyond Scripts – build an R package from the ground up”.  The recording can be found in the Files section of their Teams channel alongside many other previous meetings.
