Issues accessing My Manchester and Slate – Resolved

UPDATE: 20:57, WEDNESDAY, 29 OCTOBER
Services — including My Manchester, Slate, and Microsoft 365 — are now back online.
We believe the issue has been resolved, and all services are currently stable. Our teams will continue to monitor closely via the IT Operations Centre to make sure everything remains fully operational.

UPDATE: 20:07, WEDNESDAY, 29 OCTOBER

My Manchester is showing intermittent signs of recovery, while Microsoft 365 (M365) remains stable. Slate is still offline.

Microsoft have advised that full service restoration is expected by approximately 11:20pm.
We continue to monitor the situation closely through the IT Operations Centre and will provide a further update when available.

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting My Manchester and Slate. The issue is linked to a wider global Microsoft Azure service disruption. The incident has been escalated to Microsoft, who are investigating and working to resolve it as a priority.

We will provide updates as soon as possible.
