ready to support your step into leadership! Exclusive to The University of Manchester, the BLP is designed to empower and inspire your journey to becoming the leader you’re meant to be.
What is the M10/10 Black Leadership Programme?
A year-long development opportunity to engage in workshops and activities designed to grow
your skillset, resilience, and confidence. We are looking for participants who are; keen to
explore their potential, open to self-reflection; and ready to commit to the programme in its
entirety.
You will gain access to:
- GRIT Leadership Workshops
- Academic efficacy and career development masterclasses
- A Career Mentor
- Paid student project opportunities
- A £500 leadership skill development bursary
- Support in taking on a student leadership role
Who is eligible?
All undergraduate students of Black heritage with Home Fee or Sanctuary Seeker status.
