February is Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans (LGBT+) History Month, and this year’s theme is science and innovation. The month aims to highlight the contributions of LGBT+ people throughout history and today, and to raise awareness of the individuals behind these achievements, including scientists and innovators who are often overlooked.
Our university marks LGBT+ History Month each year by hosting a range of events for students to get involved in. This year, we’re also collaborating with Manchester Metropolitan University to offer even more activities across both campuses. Get involved and celebrate with us!
