Voting in this year’s Lead MCR elections is officially open. Log in and vote via the Students’ Union website.
Every year, students at the University of Manchester choose the 8 representatives who will lead the Students’ Union. These are some of the largest student elections in the country, and the outcome directly shapes decisions that are made across campus.
The 8 elected students will work closely with the University to represent your views on the issues that affect you most – from your academic experience and wellbeing, to campus life and the ideas that matter to you. They meet regularly with senior University leaders and play a key role in driving change.
Take a few minutes to read the candidates’ idea statements and decide who best reflects your priorities. When you’re ready, cast your vote online via the University of Manchester Students’ Union website.
As a thank you for taking part, everyone who votes will be entered into a prize draw to win:
- 1 x £1000 cash
- 8 x £250 cash
We want every student to have their say in these election, so make sure to have your say before voting closes at 3pm on Thursday 5 March.
