The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University are excited to host the second annual Manchester Varsity on 31 March and 2 April 2025. Building on the success of last year’s pilot event, this expanded multi-sport competition promises to unite both universities in an unforgettable celebration of athleticism, teamwork, and community spirit.

Events will take place at top venues across Manchester. The Manchester Varsity goes beyond competition, bringing together students, staff, and alumni. Whether competing, spectating, or volunteering, this is a chance to embrace sportsmanship, teamwork, and pride in Manchester’s community.
