The University of Manchester is proud to hold a Two‑Star Fairtrade University Award (as of June 2025), recognising our commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and supporting farmers and workers across more than 70 countries. All tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and sugar sold in University outlets are Fairtrade – but we want to understand what Fairtrade means to our students.
We’ve put together a short survey to learn more about your awareness, attitudes, and understanding of Fairtrade. Your feedback will help shape future activities, campaigns, and Fairtrade engagement on campus.
