Apply for Manchester 10/10’s Black Leadership Programme

Think leadership isn’t for you? Think again.

Manchester 10/10’s Black Leadership Programme is an opportunity for Black heritage undergraduate students to build confidence, develop new skills and explore their potential – whether or not they’ve held a leadership role before.

Through workshops and activities, you’ll develop skills and resilience to support you in your studies, your time at Manchester and your future career.

You’ll also have opportunities to take on leadership roles, support student-led projects and connect with other Black heritage students.

You don’t need an impressive CV or to have everything figured out already. The programme is looking for people who are curious about their potential, open to self-reflection and ready to commit to the experience.

You could also become eligible for a Leadership Programme Bursary Award of up to £500.
