Join us in celebrating Inter Faith Week 2025, with an interactive evening exploring experiences of faith and belief on university campuses.
Faith Stories on Campus will bring together students, chaplains, and SU officers from across the North of England to share real experiences, discuss current challenges and opportunities, and co-create ideas for stronger interfaith engagement in universities.
Agenda:
- Human Library – Engage with our line up of guest speakers (students, chaplains, SU officers) as they share their personal stories of what it’s really like to live out your faith or belief at university
- Discussion – Reflect on how telling and listening to stories can build understanding and community across differences
- Collective Commitment – Co-create a commitment of practical ways to make campuses more inclusive and supportive for people of all faiths and none
The event will conclude with time to connect with others over refreshments.
This event is for university students, chaplains, SU officers that are interested in interfaith and inclusion – especially across the North of England (shout out to Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Liverpool, York, and Keele!).
Event organised in partnership with the Inter Faith Week Steering Group, the Faith & Belief Forum and the CCJ Campus Leadership Programme.
