Widening the range of our digital resources and special collections
We have recently enhanced and expanded our digital archives collections, increasing content across both the sciences and humanities. For further information see our latest news update.
The Library now offers full-text online access to the Le Monde historical archive (1944–2000). This invaluable resource allows researchers and students to delve into the 20th-century content of this globally respected French newspaper, renowned for its independent analysis, balanced coverage, and high journalistic standards.
ProQuest Digital Archiving and Access Project (DAAP)
The Library has recently completed a joint project with ProQuest to digitise over 22,000 University of Manchester doctoral theses. These are now available via Library Search or through the PQDTGlobal database. More details are available via this news article.
