The Library probably does more than you think! From all the books and digital resources you need to skills development workshops and drop-in sessions, the Library is here to support you and your studies.

Some students may have experienced problems using SEAtS (our engagement and attendance app) this week. IT Services are investigating these issues.

A lot has been happening on campus – from your new learning environment, revamped facilities in Main Library and you new Students’ Union exec – catch up with all that’s new.

Broaden your horizons with UCIL’s 20+ course units, from sustainability to leadership and communication. Boost your employability with enterprise and entrepreneurship courses from the Masood Entrepreneurship Centre (MEC).

Canvas is now live, replacing Blackboard as the place you’ll find your course materials, submit work, and connect with your studies online – anytime and anywhere.

Our latest NSS results, which are the views of our final year undergraduates, were released yesterday (9 July). We are pleased to see an upward trajectory across all areas – indeed, a 5% increase in positivity overall which is the biggest rise across Russell Group institutions.

As we wrap up another academic year, we want to thank all of you for using the Student Engagement and Attendance System (SEAtS). Your participation has played a vital role in helping us to support your academic journey.
